Advanced Quality Planning (AQP)
We are fully dedicated to superior quality and have exhaustive systems, processes, procedures and training to ensure compliance to documented methodology. However, it is how we go beyond standard operating procedures which propel us to stand above and apart from our competitors. The heart of our quality is not what we do in the manufacturing process. Rather, the heart of our quality achievement is found in our approach and execution in the engineering design of each part. We call this Advanced Quality Planning.
In Advanced Quality Planning, our Engineering team assembles all customer specifications, parameters, drawings and order scheduling to perform a comprehensive design review. Our mission is to create a part design that can be produced with the utmost efficiency, exacting quality and is fully repeatable with both the current order and each order in the future. Along with the part design, our Engineering Team also customizes the design and application of the manufacture tools and machines for a holistic and perfect design.
